Join Our Caring Team as a Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for patient care? We’re looking for a dedicated Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician to become a vital part of our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and with genuine care—making a real difference in their health journey.

Work-Life Balance  Our dispensary operates Monday to Friday only, with no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays—giving you time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

 What You’ll Do

  • Dispense medications accurately in line with NHS dispensing doctor rules (not pharmacy regulations).
  • Provide clear, compassionate advice on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
  • Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support the best outcomes for our patients.
  • Maintain precise records and help manage stock and inventory.
  • Uphold all regulatory and organisational standards for medication handling.
  • Support and mentor new team members in best practices.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Availability to work  4 full  week days from 8:00am
  • A Level 2 Dispensing or Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confidence in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A proactive attitude toward professional development and learning.

Practice Nurse

Louise Killick -Practice Development Manager

 

We have a rare opportunity for a Practice  Nurse, with Primary Care experience, to join our small, friendly team.

Ideally, we are looking for 24 hours per week, to be worked across 3 days. Hours and days are flexible, we welcome a discussion.

Salary will be agreed based on qualification and experience.

Main duties of the job

Providing care for our patient community of 5,300 there will be opportunity to perform an extensive range of General Practice Nursing skills (dependent on qualification) including the management of long-term conditions, cytology, family planning (coils and implants)  childhood immunisation, the full range of vaccinations, and general treatment room duties.

Working within our multi-professional team of GPs, GP Registrar, PCN ARRS staff, Nurses, HCAs and Trainee Nurse Associate, offers a diverse and interesting opportunity.

The role is stimulating and varied and there will be training and CPD opportunities for the successful candidate.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits to include NHS Pension Scheme. Flexibility is desirable to enable cover for holidays and sickness when necessary.
