Join Our Caring Team as a Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for patient care? We’re looking for a dedicated Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician to become a vital part of our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and with genuine care—making a real difference in their health journey.

Work-Life Balance Our dispensary operates Monday to Friday only, with no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays—giving you time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
What You’ll Do
- Dispense medications accurately in line with NHS dispensing doctor rules (not pharmacy regulations).
- Provide clear, compassionate advice on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Work closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to support the best outcomes for our patients.
- Maintain precise records and help manage stock and inventory.
- Uphold all regulatory and organisational standards for medication handling.
- Support and mentor new team members in best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work 4 full week days from 8:00am
- A Level 2 Dispensing or Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude toward professional development and learning.
